We want you to be happy with your AI-generated poster. This policy outlines when refunds are available.

Eligible for Refund

• The AI failed to generate any output (system error)
• You did not receive any images
• The generated images are corrupted or cannot be opened
• Duplicate charge on your payment method

Not Eligible for Refund

• You are unhappy with the artistic style or quality of the result
• The uploaded selfie was low quality, blurry, or did not meet requirements
• You selected the wrong scene by mistake
• You changed your mind after purchase

How to Request a Refund

1. Go to our Contact page
2. Provide your order ID and email address
3. Select "Refund request" as the issue type
4. Describe the issue (attach screenshots if relevant)

Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. You will receive a confirmation email.
